COVID-19 information

The health and safety of our guests and team members is of the utmost importance. So, while we all deal with the effects and uncertainty of COVID-19 (coronavirus), ETI Limousine & Charter wants to keep you informed on what we are doing.
We continue to follow the guidelines set forth by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD).

Our entire staff and drivers go through health screening before reporting to work. drivers with unknown & unspecified health issues will be sent home to contact their health providers before they can resume work.

When possible, Please avoid seating next to driver so together we can follow the guidelines for social distancing and avoid unnecessary nearness in order to defeat the destructive virus.

As always, we are thoroughly cleaning our all surfaces, door handles, bathrooms, to our fleet vehicles, all of which are cleaned in the morning, throughout the day and at night.

Here is more about what we are now doing:

Public touch points such as buttons and door handles are being cleaned continuously throughout the day.
Surfaces including seats, bar surfaces, and all equipment are wiped regularly with a disinfectant.
All employees are being instructed each day on hand sanitizing procedures.
Any employees who feel unwell or have any symptoms of illness that can be transmitted to others are prohibited from reporting to work.

We also know guests are looking for flexibility as they make their travel plans so we have updated our reservation policy. We want you to be able to plan with confidence.
